Yes, we are based in New Zealand. This is advantageous, as given the time difference, we are able to respond to the majority of e-mail inquiries within hours.

For our USA customers, please note, all of our cushions are manufactured in Texas, from fabric obtained within the USA, and frames are purchased from our Texas based supplier.

All items are normally ready for shipping from within 15 working days of placing an order.

Our service standard is to respond to your e-mail by the following business day. If for some reason we have not responded within this time frame, it is possible that we are unable to reply to your e-mail (we seem to have a lot of difficulty replying to aol, sbcglobal and comcast addresses).
