Warranties / Returns / Cancellations

15 DAY SATISFACTION MONEY BACK WARRANTY (all products)

It is really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Should you not be completely satisfied with your product, then please return item within 15 days and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit. We ask that you return the product unused and/or in its original condition, and you will receive a refund of purchase price less our 15% restocking fee. Freight costs to send item to you, or to return item back to us are not refundable, however all exchanged products due to product fault are sent freight free. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for incorrect fabrics/colors or incorrect cushion sizes being ordered. If any item/s are refused, for any reason other than shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for the original cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.   Contact us for further details.

PRODUCT EXCELLENCE GUARANTEE (all furniture frames)

All frames are to be free from any defects, or you may return it immediately for replacement. Unfortunately no manufacturers warranty is available for the frames, which are imported products from Indonesia.

PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

We respect your privacy. We hereby undertake not to disclose any of your details to any other party, unless you specifically instruct us to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation made before your chosen fabric being cut, will receive a full refund - less $15. Cancellation made after fabric has been cut will be subject to Papasans Unlimited discretion. The items sent must be accepted by the customer. If any item/s are refused, for any reason other than shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for the original cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY POLICY

Freight charges in the USA are applicable on double papasan frames, single papasan frames and swivel rocker frames - which is $100 for one or TWO items - meaning FREE freight on the second item placed into the shopping cart. Plus order two seats and you will get a FREE matching footstool (normally $67.90). All other products do not incur any additional cost for freight. Please provide your street address for delivery. Frames are sent by general carrier, and the drivers are always instructed to contact you prior to delivery to arrange a mutually suitable delivery time. Once goods are dispatched, we e-mail to you tracking details. For orders outside the continental US, then please contact us for a seperate quote.

Cushions are delivered by UPS or FedEx and do not incur any additional freight charge, and tracking details are e-mail once items are dispatched. All items will be ready for shipping within 15 working days from time of placing order. Delivery will be subject to the relevant carriers standard delivery schedules applicable to your region. 

Freight costs for Germany are included in the price of the product, and cover delivery to anywhere in Germany. 

For orders from New Zealand, we ask that you contact us for a freight quote.



Ordering Process

PURCHASING GOODS

Once you have selected your products, click on the relevant products "BUY" button to add the product to the shopping cart. You will then be prompted to select the fabric for your chosen product. Once you have finished shopping view your order by selecting "VIEW CART" and make any necessary alterations. The shopping cart will automatically include the freight amount (if applicable), and the total price will also show. Then just select Buy Online, fill in the delivery details form and submit.

Note that for orders of more than one chair, the second chair placed in the shopping cart will be freight free. Order Confirmation E-mails are sent out within one business day from receiving your submitted order.

SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE

Whenever you shop through the Papasans Unlimited website you transactions are guaranteed 100% safe. Our website is a secure ordering site hosted by a secure server - the encryption technology behind this ensures your information is safe at all times.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa and Mastercards through our secure online website payment facility - note that all charges are BILLED on your credit card in New Zealand dollars, however will NOT convert to an amount in excess of the US Dollar amount specified on your order form. You can also pay through Paypal, and this option is shown on our online order form alongside the credit card payment options. (Note however that depending on your computer security settings, the link to the Paypal website may not work correctly. In this event, simply go into the www.paypal.com website and e-mail payment for the exact amount, as shown in our shopping cart, to us at info@papasanfurniture.com). Note with all Paypal payments, please follow onscreen instructions and Submit Order to us, so that we have a complete record of product ordered and delivery address. All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail the following business day.

CHECKS

We also accept personal checks or money orders which would need to be posted (by airmail) to us at;

For payments by personal check or money order, simply e-mail us with the details of your order and we will supply you with an order number.

FABRIC AVAILABILITY

All fabrics are subject to availability. Payments will not be processed until we are certain that your chosen fabric is available, or if you are providing your own fabric - payment will not be processed until your fabric has been received and checked.

CURRENCY

The default currency on this website is in US Dollars (USD), however you can manually change this by selecting a new currency at the left margin of each product page. If you first go into the product pages by clicking on the "PRODUCTS" link in the top menu, and then selecting a flag to represent the country you are purchasing from, the currency will auctomatically default to that country (eg if you click on the German flag all prices within the website will be displayed in Euro).
