Freight & Delivery Policy
15 DAY RETURNS POLICY (all products)
You may return an item within 15 days and we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund. We ask that you return the product unused and/or in its original condition, and you will receive a refund or exchange to the value of the purchase price less our 25% restocking fee. Certain products on our website are stated to be shipped "freight free". This makes it easier for our shoppers to see the total cost of our items when viewing online. Please note that we incur shipping costs for every item sent. Therefore when calculating refunds or exchanges we must deduct the shipping component of the original delivery to you, and we confirm the costs of this with you prior. Accordingly, freight costs that we have incurred to send the item to you, or for you to return item back to us are not refundable, however all exchanged products due to our error or product fault are sent freight free. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds if you choose an incorrect fabric or color which does not suit your requirements, or if you select an incorrect cushion size. If any item/s are refused, for any reason other than shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for the original cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Contact us for further details.
PRODUCT EXCELLENCE GUARANTEE (all furniture frames)
All frames are to be free from any defects, or you may return it immediately for replacement. Unfortunately no manufacturers warranty is available for the frames, which are imported products from Indonesia.
We respect your privacy. We hereby undertake not to disclose any of your details to any other party, unless you specifically instruct us to do so.
Any cancellation made before your chosen fabric being cut, will receive a full refund - less $20.00. Cancellation made after fabric has been cut will receive full refund less $40.00 and less a 25% restocking fee (calculated on cushion sale price) . Any shipping costs incurred must also be deducted from the refunded amount. The items sent must be accepted by the customer. If any item/s are refused, for any reason other than shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for cancellation costs as outlined above.
FREIGHT & DELIVERY POLICY
Freight charges in the USA are applicable on double papasan frames, single 46" papasan frames and swivel rocker frames - which is $100 for one or TWO items - meaning FREE freight on the second item placed into the shopping cart. All other futon, papasan and swivel rocker cushion products do not incur any additional cost for freight. Please provide your street address for delivery. Frames are sent by general carrier, and the drivers are always instructed to contact you prior to delivery to arrange a mutually suitable delivery time.
Note; depending on the carrier operating in your area, the carrier is likely to deliver items to your driveway, yard or porch etc, and may not carry the items indoors for you. Inside delivery is possible, however an additional $50.00 cost will be incurred for this service. If you would like to request inside delivery then please state this in the Comments box of your order form or e-mail us separately. Once goods are dispatched, we e-mail to you tracking details. For orders outside the continental US, then please contact us for a seperate quote.
Papasan Cushions, swivel rocker cushion, the 42" single papasan with cushion, and futon products are all delivered by UPS or FedEx and do not incur any additional freight charge. Tracking details are e-mail once items are dispatched. All items will be ready for shipping within 15 working days from time of placing order. Delivery will be subject to the relevant carriers standard delivery schedules applicable to your region.
